CANCELLATION PROCESS

Process

Our Team’s time is precious and we value every appointment we have and the Guests who wait sometimes weeks for their appointments. To make sure that no time goes to waste with last minute cancellations and no-shows, we have implemented a Salon wide Cancellation Process.

For First Time Guests

We require a credit card to guarantee all appointments for First Time Guests. The card will only be charged if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or no-show the day of your appointment, for the full value of your booked service.

For Our Existing Guests

If you cancel less-than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or no-show your appointment, your file will be noted and a credit card on file may be required before we are able to rebook another appointment. The card will only be charged in the event you no-show or cancel the next appointment less than 48 hours beforehand.

Short cancellations and no-shows drastically impact our Stylists income and the ability to get our Guests the appointment times they request. Thank you for your understanding.
